TAP THAT

A new draft beer from the best brewery in Dallas made in collaboration with CBD Provisions.

In a polished, modern taproom on a tucked-way corner in Oak Cliff, you'll find Manhattan Project Beer Co., the fastest growing brewery in the city. There, married duo Misty and Karl Sanford, along with friend Jeremy Brodt, have been turning out some of the city’s most delicious and innovative craft beers. Japanese Peppercorn Pils, Pina Cola IPA, and a Coconut Porter are among some of their most intriguing creations of late.

Recently awarded Brewery of The Year in CultureMap’s 2023 Tastemaker Awards, Manhattan Project has now collaborated with CBD Provisions on a new beer made for the Texas-style brasserie.

Meet The Joule Blonde Ale, a neutral, yet complex light-body ale. With each sip, you uncover hidden flavors: guava, a little stone fruit... It's sweet—but not syrupy like some blondes—with a crisp, dry finish that doesn’t linger.

The brewmaster at Manhattan Project worked to find the perfect pairing for the menu’s rich, salty, and bold flavors—the ideal companion for carnitas fritters, Texas charcuterie, steak au poivre, and citrusy ceviche.

"Manhattan Project's mission is to make beautiful beer," says co-founder Misty Sanford. "That’s from the liquid, to the can design, to the conversation and experience that happens with a Manhattan Project in hand. We do it because people deserve better. You deserve a beer where every single detail has been considered."

In celebration, CBD Provisions has launched a new summer burger and beer feature. All summer long, you can get a pint of Joule Blonde Ale and the new Southern Juicy Lucy Burger for just $16. Made with 44 Farms beef, lettuce, swiss cheese, jalapeño peppers, applewood smoked bacon, and housemade barbecue sauce on poppyseed brioche, this big ol' burger is crowned with onion rings. Royal move. Cheers!
